Nitesh Kumar is Electrical Engineering graduate with Dr MGR Educational and Research Institute, University, Chennai. Nitesh has expertise over public management and issue analysis. He is also member of Editorial board of Global journal for management science &Technology. He has taken experience on rural development and other sectors of youth development by numerous training and workshops at various premier NGOs, Universities and National institute of rural development, Hyderabad. He is very good trainer and event manager. He has been trained with NIRD, Hyderabad.

BCA-NITP, MBA. Well versed with various Skill Training programs of state Governments and Govt. of India . He has developed local resource mobilization and raised no of Placements of trainees locally. He does mentoring for placements and provides Management consulting services for start ups and new ventures. He has worked with MNCs and Top Govt. departments. He has also represented India in many international skill conclaves.

Varun Kumar Rishi Has done MS ILSER, from Pune. Currently he is also pursuing Ph.D. under Basics of Applied Physics with Florida University, USA. He has worked for promotion of basic earth science in rural area of Maharashtra, Bihar and Jharkhand. He was enhancing traditional skills was one among his area of research.

His expertise involves Status Study, Application of Earth Sciences in Community Empowerment and Natural Resource Management.

Shashi Shekher graduated with B.Tech Computer Science & Engineering from NIT Patna, Post Graduate Program in Development Management from S P Jain Mumbai along with three and half years of rich experience in Program Management in development sector projects like Social Forestry under MNREGA, MIS system design for Skill Training, Livelihood generation and Policy advocacy programs such as post matric scholarship and special component loan cum grant scheme for SC and ST community youths and unemployed women.

P.G. Sociology with Patna University, Patna. She is referred as budding sociologist of Bihar with her 15 years of experience in working with behavioural change of girls, women for their overall development. Her prime geographical area of focus is Munger and domain is of creating self employed women and also community & village level entrepreneurs. She also leads Bihar Social Entrepreneurs association as President Munger.

We Lost her in Covid Pandemic in year 2021. MBA with HR and Finance from Singhad, Pune. Worked for 4 yrs for fortune 50 companies and joined social development sector on her inner call. She had altogether more than 10 years of experience in managing skill centres, facilitating Community lead initiatives in Bihar & Jharkhand. Her initiative have turned more than 200 women and 20 shelter home inmates into small micro entrepreneurs. She had been nominated for many awards in respective sector for her strategy towards revival & prompt services to urban residents of Ranchi through existing community resource management.
